Travel Reimbursement… 50 cents per mile round-trip from Loveland, Ohio (45140)
If the speaking site is located beyond 125 miles, overnight accommodations for two nights
must be included. For distances that require air travel, include round-trip air fare for two.
Permission to offer his books for sale before and after his presentation.
